From all the reviews, I thought this would be a great plumber to try for our sewer back up issue. They had a coupon for $67 to do drain cleaning that seemed like a great deal as well. Getting someone out was pretty quick (a couple of hours) however, when they got here, they were unable to clear out the clog and a supervisor came with some thing that supposedly could see where the clog was. They quoted us to replace the sewer pipe and asked where we wanted the dirt to be placed. Uh, kind of fast to jump to that conclusion and assume we were going to do the work, so we paid them the $67 and sent them away. Then we called a bunch of other plumbers and luckily our regular guy was in town and cleared the block within 5 minutes of arriving.

I was really upset that they tried to just upsell me to doing a $3000 - $4000 job from a $67 call. Try another place if you want some honest plumbers.
