There are some nice people that try to make up for the terrible way CHASE customer service deals with it's customers. I had a cash deposit at night through the ATM but it misread some bills and I had a dispute with the ATM. The ATM couldn't return the cash deposit even though it was the wrong number and I didn't agree with the cash count.

So I called to file a claim to the branch. The guy on the other line was nice and sympathetic but corp policy had him connect me with the corp office, from there, I was then directed to Claims. From there I was then directed to another Claims department before finally having to stop repeating my story.

Once I went through more security check (understandable), I finally was able to file a claim. This was close to an hour after I initially called the branch.

Lesson, never do an ATM deposit with cash because you'll have to deal with CORP offices rather than the branch guys.
