Total incompetence. I waited 30 minutes on hold to talk to the pharmacy. I have moved and am trying to transfer prescriptions to this pharmacy. I have been in twice, in person over the course of 3 days. Although they have my phone number and said they would call if there were issues, I have heard nothing. I called, was on hold for 30 minutes. I was then told that they could not fill my prescription because they did not have my insurance info. When I suggested that I have been in twice already and then tried to give my information over the phone, the person hung up on me. Not worth a star. I am so upset.
